The PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) was originally invented in the year of 1925. It was invented when Dr. Waldo Semon tried to find a strong material by blending the metals and rubber. Dr. Semon invented the material by melting and blending the two materials together. However, the PVC remained unused for almost a decade. Later on, in the year of 1930 it was discovered that it has great shock absorbing power. The discovery of PVC led to manufacture the advance level of robust material which we have been using in versatile way.
After almost two decades it was found that it is very useful in our day to day life. PVC pipe is being used for various multifarious purposes such as irrigational use, plumbing use and durable tyre threads etc. So to speak, the PVC material is rustless, durable and almost indestructible. For near about more than 70 years it has been proved to be highly effective in the department of irrigation and water system.
The PVC pipework is widely useful for manufacturing of conveyance of gases, compressed air, cooling fluids, chemicals and waste water etc. It is considered highly safe for the use of multifarious work. It rarely seen that is destroyed while using high pressured gas. During the recent years the improved quality of PVC pike came to the light which is harmless. The PVC is also is highly popular in the field of construction activities since it is cost effective and durable than the traditional material such as copper and ductile iron etc.
