There are plenty of boilers used in industries depending on the source that offers them fuel and energy. Oil, gas, natural gas, coal and electricity are the basic sources that fuel the boilers. Usually industrial boilers are fire tube boilers, water tube boilers and box boilers; together with them comes the wood pellet fired boilers, gas boilers, electric boilers and so on.
A water tube boiler is a special kind of industrial boiler, where tubes are enclosed inside a furnace through which the fluid moves. The furnace is connected with a mud drum and steam drum, where the fluid is being heated and the mud drum gathers the solids extracted after the fluid is precipitated, due to high temperature and pressure of the boiler.
Electric Boilers are mostly used to boil water for various utilities. Electricity being a uniform heat source, an electric boiler is used in water baseboard systems and in-floor radiant systems for heating purpose. These are perfect for home and business use, due to their super flexible compatibility.
Wood pellet boilers are the most favourite for residential homes and industrial buildings as well. They work exactly like the central heating systems within a building and are really very cost effective in terms of service and expenses.
Gas boilers are fuelled by gas and they are quick to heat the fluid or water required for. Make sure to install it close to your gas pipeline, but keeping a distance from the wall and other areas around the boiler. It avoids fire hazards that may spoil the boiler or your home.
Do a thorough check before buying any kind of boilers, to determine which fits your needs best.
