The double role of Indian spices makes the export business lively

India has been remained the centre of attention for multiple reasons across the globe. The popularity of art of Indian cuisine has remained intact since time immemorial. It needs a lot of careful attention to prepare indigenous food. Our country has remained extremely popular for the spicy and delicious foods. The people around the world are eager to taste the Indian food aroma for which the Indian spice manufacturer are having thick wallet these days. Our people are having a belief that the food is incomplete if there is no spice and aroma. Now, we are going to discuss some of the vital food spices that will remain unforgettable among the people.

India Garam Masala: -Garam masala is inevitable while cooking, chicken curry, fish curry, Paneer, Chhole and Rajma etc. These foods are impossible to cook without Garam masala. The foods such as north Indian food, East Indian, West Indian and south Indian foods are very popular across the globe which is why; the Indian spice manufactures have been making fortune for years especially more after the development of the digital media. The exports and imports have developed by leaps and bounds since our Government has liberalized the exports policy.

The Indian spices are not only being used for the purpose of making foods but also remedial measure. Many herbal products are being exported at a lucrative margin every year. Some of the spices have been explained below

The ginger: The ginger has a very good curative power which heals rheumatic pain, liver problem and anemia etc.

The turmeric: The turmeric is used to make the foods beautiful looking and it has also a great curative power. It is good for skin and burns etc.

The coriander powder: As we know garnishing the foods with coriander leaves the aroma of the foods redouble. The coriander powder is used for the purpose of curing insomnia, kidney problem and Intestinal disorder etc.

Besides these masalas, there are hundreds of Indian spices those are being exported every year. The specialty of the Indian spice is its double role i.e. it is used not only for foods but also for medicines.
