• Low Headroom: The main purpose of these machines is to support the heavy loads. They are used widely on construction sites while designing skyscrapers and various kinds of innovative multi-storey buildings.
• Headroom: Usually they are balancing above a construction site like a pendulum and work in co-ordination with low headroom cranes to support a structure from top as well as at the base. 
• Launchers: They are not generally available, often made to order as per the specification of the industry and the desired task at hand. They are usually spacious and have the capacity to carry 15-20 trolleys at once.
