Filters for clean and smooth working

Filters are used to purify liquid, gas or other fluid compounds. Filter can be made from bronze, brass or stainless steel and it varies in different shapes and size, which make it useful for different gases and liquid purification.

Filters are the lifeline of many engines and other machines. Filters when cleaned and changed regularly, can increase the life of machine and save it from major engine damages. But, because of its high cost, many people neglect its maintenance and suffer great loss.

Stainless filters possessing the qualities of high mechanical structure, high temperature resistance and uniform structure, are used for many commercial purposes. Metal filters are in great demand as they are easy to clean, are made of different aluminium screen wire layers which help in better purification. These types of filters also came with carbon to reduce odour and have longer life than other filters. Metal filters because of all these properties are used in many applications like roof units, air exhausts, room conditioners, air systems and in bakery machines- Diesel and Gas ovens.

Metal filters are also used as pre-filters, i.e. they are used to remove large particles that can clog a filter and provide safety to main filter, which removes smaller and harmful materials, so that it can run smoothly. All the metal filters use perforated metal sheet for the purpose of purifying the liquid. Perforated metal is made of stainless steel that is not prone to corrosion, its strength and elasticity is a good material to be used in filters.

Today, filters manufacturers are making different types of filters for different purposes. Some of the most commonly used filters are Air filters, Hydraulic Filter, Bag Filter, High Efficiency Air Particulate Filter, Panel Filter, Electrostatic Filter, Fibre Glass Filter and many more filters that are readily available in the market.
