In every aspect of life we need plastic and rubber products
that help us complete our daily activities, say it your tooth brush or the hot
water bag that soothes your aching nerves. These products have a shelf life and
beyond that they are of no use of to us. Hence the plastic and rubber processing machines come into
play to recycle or permanently destroy them, without causing much pollution and
saving the earth from increasing garbage.
There are varieties of rubber processing machines that
manufacture Tyre, tubes, rubberised coir, synthetic and natural rubber sheets,
rubber hoses, automotive rubber and rubber for metal bonded components, rubber
profiles and weather stripping in architectural and automobile applications.
The most basic rubber processing machines are as follows;
- Kneaders are used to knead the plastic or rubber inside the closed chamber within high pressure range to effectively mix and disburse the polymer compound required to manufacture rubber or plastic products. Water is used for controlling the temperature under the chamber, where a pneumatic cylinder is in motion to provide the essential pressure.
- Hot feed strainers and extruders are the best forming machines used to shape up rubber products. Strainers perform the operation of filtering foreign particles present in the compound.
- Mixing mills with two role uni drive are efficiently deployed to mix polymers between two rotating rolls to enhance the longevity of the machine and improve efficiency.
- Cold feed extruders are economically suited economically, as they avoid using the heat cycle of rubber compound.
