Cotton Yarns weaving new dreams for you

Have you ever thought of ultra-soft fabric that glides through your skin, making you feel like having a second skin? If yes, then it’s obvious that you have tried out the pure cotton fabrics made of authentic cotton yarns, spun by hand.

Cotton yarns are produced from cotton plants. The matured cotton pods are the source of these wonderful cotton yarns utilized to make super soft cotton fabrics for our various needs. Farmers plant these cotton plants in their farms and take care of them, till the plants are able to have flowers. At this stage the farmers take utmost care to protect the flowers and cotton pods against insects that might eat the crop. Once the cotton pods are ready to be cultivated, they are manually or machine picked by farm hands.

Once the picking is done, the cotton is deseeded and left for yarn making. From various processes the thickness of the cotton yarn changes, along with that the thickness of the cotton fabric varies.

Once the yarn is produced and bundled, then the process of dying begins. Both natural and organic pigments are applied to offer vibrant hues to the cotton yarn, or chemical pigments are used instead.

Irrespective of the type of coloring agents applied to the yarns, the final products of cotton yarns are always remarkable. They simply beat their counterparts, without fail.

Cotton yarns are dried after the coloringprocess is over. After that the yarns are used to weave various kinds of fabrics and textiles, depending on the requirement, either they are power loom woven or handloom woven.
