Natural Pigments spreading vibrant colors without any toxic effects

Imagine the world without colors. The introduction of colors and pigments has infused liveliness within them. Natural Pigments have their own charm and chemical free texture that fits well to every artist’s needs.

There are colorants, dyes, pigments, inks and colours for artists and handicraft painters made of natural pigments and coloring agents. They are somewhat expensive at the outlets, but in case you get the chance to buy from the manufacturing plants.

The processing of these natural pigments for artists is a sight to see. Various flowers are basically utilized to produce natural color pigments. Mostly different kinds of flowers, leaves, vegetable dyes are used to make these natural color pigments. For example red colored hibiscus flower is dried and crushed to form red color natural pigments, whereas marigold of yellow and orange color create the same colored pigments. Green leaves are used to make green organic paint base and white color is obtained from various white materials obtained from natural sources that can render a white base.

These color pigments that nature offers us are non-toxic, can easily blend with the medium of painting and offer vibrant colors. The only drawback is they need to be stored properly and used within the stipulated time frame to offer the best and most vibrant hues to a painting.
