Galvanized Iron Wires for stronger formation

Iron wires are being used around the world for unlimited functions and applications. These are having great strength and provide strong hold to many structural formations. it can’t be replaced by any other material. But iron is having the property of rusting when exposed to water and other environment factors which its strength to a considerable amount. To prevent iron from getting rust, it is being galvanized now. In this process, the zinc coating is applied on iron wires to prevent it from rusting. Galvanization can be done in many ways, electrochemically or through electrodeposition, but the most common method used process for galvanization is Hot-Dip Galvanization, where iron wires make dipped in a melted zinc formation.

These galvanized iron wires are now used in many areas like filter wire mesh, construction, steel rope, medical treatment equipment, making of brushes, communication devices, high pressure pipes, packaging products, art and crafts, trash cans and many other products that are now made from it.

Galvanized iron wires are used because of the listed benefits it provides to its customers:
  • Reliability: It is made as per the highest standards of quality that decides the thickness of coating and thus makes it more reliable.
  • Complete Protection: Every part, every inch and edge of galvanized wire is coated with zinc. Any other coating over the completed product cannot give as much protection as zinc coating gives.
  • Faster Erection Time: These take no time for erection after being galvanized properly. It requires no painting or further denting. It can be immediately erected when it is being delivered at the site.
  • Low Maintenance: It requires low maintenance and add on cost is also very less.
  • Lowest first cost: Galvanizing an iron wire is the first process that is used in any structural formation and when it is done at low costs, overall cost also decreases significantly.
