Indian spices are very different and add the perfect touch of spicy and aromatic flavours to food. Mostly they are available in fresh and dried form and are easily available which makes them unique. So while making Indian food it is very important to understand the measurements and how to fix the spicy, sour or pungent flavours. Indian food is usually a composition of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals unlike any other cuisine. Indian spices are the real charmers which add value to the otherwise bland food and make it delicious in taste. Most of the seasonings used in the Indian cuisine are dwelled from a primitive cooking culture or are used as a peculiar herb or seasoning is grown in abundance in a region. Some of the most popular seasonings which are exported in enormous amounts include varieties of whole and powdered peppers, cumin, poppy seeds, fenugreek, saffron, cloves, nutmeg, turmeric etc. It is very difficult to recommend the best Indian seasoning as every variety is different, so while choosing the perfect seasonings for Indian cuisines always try the blend of seasonings which are available for all the famous recipes, that’s the best option to cherish the blend of taste and aroma.
