Smoking is injurious to health; still people find it difficult to quit smoking tobacco.Maximum people dying with lung cancer and mouth cancer are tobacco smokers. It’s not easy to quit the habit of tobacco smoking, but you need to possess a strong determination that repels you from smoking.

The biggest part of getting into this dangerous habit of smoking is peer pressure, being with the wrong kind of friends, youngsters often fall prey to addiction of tobacco and other smoking habits. Avoiding certain circumstances is the best thing to quit smoking tobacco. It is better to gradually reduce tobacco consumption, rather than stopping it drastically.Make sure that your friends should not force you to join them for a drink and smoke, let them know what your wish is and meet them at other places.
