Seamless tubes for specialised uses

These seamless tube come in many varieties; differentiating itself in size, inside diameter, thickness of tube, length and pressure holding capacity. Besides seamless, tubes also come in welded forms, in which these are being welded or joined to make them useful for further applications but they are less used in heavy and specialised industries as they have the disadvantage of leakage and low pressure handling capacity. While seamless tubes are made by continuously making a forged hollow bar through the series of smaller dies. Here no wielding take place and thus avoid microscopic changes in the structure of the tube. 

With the help of technology, seamless tubes manufacturers are able to make high density tubes which are used as Heat Exchangers for many purposes and can also be turned to U shape without diminishing their width and quality.
