There is an increasing demand for guar gum products manufacturers especially from India. India is famous for its production and it is available in white or yellowish colourless, odourless form. It is also available in different viscosities. It is easily soluble in both in cold and hot water, can form a film, resistant to oils, grease and other solvents. It has thickening property, water binding capacity, high viscosity and functions at low temperatures. All these properties help guar gum being used in many applications.

Guar gum powder is used very commonly in the food industry. Ice-creams, soft drinks, puddings, flavoured milks, jams, jellies, fruit or cheese spreads, ketchup, pasta, noodles and so on. Power take off manufacturers

What are the different types of power take off on a farm tractor?
A power take off is basically a device which takes mechanical power from one source and transfers it to another equipment, mostly seen in vehicles such as tractors.
The three various types of power take off are transmission, live and independent.

Transmission is the earliest form of PTO and also the simplest. In this, the shaft is connected directly to the transmission of the tractor and it functions only when the clutch of the transmission is released which means if the gear is out, the power take off will stop working. This proves to be a disadvantage in certain applications.
An overrunning clutch prevents mower blade's or the driven equipment's tendency to put force on the shaft and on transmission which happens because of inertia and allows the shaft to freely spin in one direction. This is in-built in recent models of tractors unlike in older models where an extra piece of equipment used to be mounted on the shaft.
The second type is live that uses a two stage clutch to work. In this type, the operator can change gears or slow down. If the operator presses the clutch fully, it disengages both the transmission and PTO and when the operator presses the clutch half way, it disengages only the transmission.
The third type is an independent PTO. It has a separate clutch for controlling the shaft. This is again of two types, mechanical and hydraulic.

Cotton yarn manufacturer

Do you know how cotton yarn manufacturing is done?

Cotton yarn manufacturing is a major industry as cotton has been and is still the most important fibre. The fibre is converted into yarn, fabric and then textiles which are then fabricated majorly into clothes and even some artefacts.

A yarn is nothing but a continuous strand of fibres, filaments or materials that may be used for knitting, weaving or to form a textile fabric. Different sizes, textures and characteristics of yarns can be produced. Staple or filament, single or plied or cords, simple or complex are the three types of yarn.

The manufacturing process of cotton yarn is done in many steps such as opening, cleaning, blending, carding, combing, drawing and spinning. The first step of cotton yarn production is opening, cleaning, dust removal. Blending involves mixing and scotching which involves removal of seeds and other impurities from the cotton and is then prepared for carding. In this step, the cotton fibers and separated and pulled into parallel form and then assembled into strands. The next step, that is, combing refers to a process in which the shorter fibres, impurities and neps are eliminated in order to make a stronger yarn, more uniform, smoother, purer and greater shine. The fibres are then straightened by combining several strands to make a more consistent size into thick ropes. These are then separated into rovings which are used for spinning. Spinning is the final step in the production of yarn. The fibre strands are twisted to impact strength. Break or open end spinning technique is used nowadays.

Fasteners manufacturers in India

To mechanically join or affix two or more objects, a device known as a fastener is used. Nails, staples, bolts, screws, dowels and rivets are some of them. You can find them in appliances used on an everyday basis in your household to high tech gizmos. Whether it is your car that you travel in or the sofa you have in your drawing room, they can be seen almost everywhere. They play quite an important role.

They can be removable, semi- permanent and permanent. They are mainly used to create non- permanent joints so that if required the joints can be dismantled without damaging the components. They are available in a number of shapes and sizes depending on the type of application. Stainless steel, alloysteel, titanium, aluminium are some of the metals used for making them with carbon steel being the most common material. These metals have the tendency to corrode. Therefore, to improve the performance and prevent corrosion, they are coated with an additional layer of coating such as cadmium plating, zinc plating, silver plating and so on.

Taiwan International Fastener Show is a trade fair in fastener industry and is known to be the world’s largest fair.

Lot of companies have come up that manufacture fasteners and this industry is growing impressively. Along with manufacture, fastener trade has also tasted success in export business and is a lucrative business option. They are surely an integral part of our lives, although they are not visible
