Guar gum powder exporter India

What are the applications of guar gum powder?

India stands first in the production of guar gum. The exporters of guar gum powder have reached to numerous countries, in fact all over the world because of the good quality products provided. There is an increasing demand for guar gum products manufacturers especially from India. India is famous for its production and it is available in white or yellowish colourless, odourless form. It is also available in different viscosities. It is easily soluble in both in cold and hot water, can form a film, resistant to oils, grease and other solvents. It has thickening property, water binding capacity, high viscosity and functions at low temperatures. All these properties help guar gum being used in many applications.

Guar gum powder is used very commonly in the food industry. Ice-creams, soft drinks, puddings, flavoured milks, jams, jellies, fruit or cheese spreads, ketchup, pasta, noodles and so on. Frozen food, baked food, dairy products, confections, beverages and even pet food have guar gum powder as an ingredient in them. It is used in cosmetics such as skin care creams, lotions and other products. In products where extrusion of the cream required such as in toothpaste and shaving cream, it is used quite commonly. It is used extensively in industries such as in paper industries, textile industries, explosives, metallurgical and mining.
India is witnessing continuous rise in the guar export and USA, China and Europe are the major importers.

Cotton yarn manufacturer

Do you know how cotton yarn manufacturing is done?

Cotton yarn manufacturing is a major industry as cotton has been and is still the most important fibre. The fibre is converted into yarn, fabric and then textiles which are then fabricated majorly into clothes and even some artefacts.

A yarn is nothing but a continuous strand of fibres, filaments or materials that may be used for knitting, weaving or to form a textile fabric. Different sizes, textures and characteristics of yarns can be produced. Staple or filament, single or plied or cords, simple or complex are the three types of yarn.

The manufacturing process of cotton yarn is done in many steps such as opening, cleaning, blending, carding, combing, drawing and spinning. The first step of cotton yarn production is opening, cleaning, dust removal. Blending involves mixing and scotching which involves removal of seeds and other impurities from the cotton and is then prepared for carding. In this step, the cotton fibers and separated and pulled into parallel form and then assembled into strands. The next step, that is, combing refers to a process in which the shorter fibres, impurities and neps are eliminated in order to make a stronger yarn, more uniform, smoother, purer and greater shine. The fibres are then straightened by combining several strands to make a more consistent size into thick ropes. These are then separated into rovings which are used for spinning. Spinning is the final step in the production of yarn. The fibre strands are twisted to impact strength. Break or open end spinning technique is used nowadays.

Agri biotech companies in India

What is agricultural biotechnology and how does it help agriculture?

For ages, humans have always made an improvement in each and every field. Agriculture remains to be one of the most important practices as food is every human’s necessity and is required for every living being’s survival. To improve the quality of food crops, biotechnology was introduced to not only plants but also animals and micro-organisms by manipulating the genes. Therefore, the practice which includes application of biotechnology to agriculture for greater yields by increasing the productivity along with enhancement of their value is known as agricultural biotechnology.

Crops produced using this technology have more nutritional value and have more resistance to diseases. The need for fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals is also reduced as they become resistant to pests thereby developing resistance to diseases. They also acclimatize themselves to stressful and odd environmental conditions. They also contribute to the shelf life by keeping them fresh for long and preventing spoilage, decay or damage without any compromise in the nutrition of the crop. The enzymatic activity of the plants is altered which in turn enhances the flavour of certain crops such as melons, peppers, etc. They are also cost effective.

However, many questions were raised regarding the safety with the use of genetically modified crops and its effects on the environment, impact on the economy and ethics by the opponents. After a good research, it has been proven that these food materials are definitely safe for consumption and poses no threat to human health.

Why Hand pump manufacturers should consider the quality and price?

Though there are many new techniques for extracting fluids, hand pumps are still considered as one of the best equipments for extracting fluids. This equipment is highly used for drinking water extraction in various rural as well as urban places. These hand pump manufacturers are in great demand even today in spite of new technology. There are various sectors that use this equipment for various purposes. Various government departments use this product very often.

The main reason why people still prefer this equipment is the thought of providing safe drinking water to public. Today these equipments are built using the latest technologies. It is always recommended that people buy fresh new pumps. Yes it might be a big investment but it will worth buying new ones as they will last longer without any problems. But if you choose to buy used ones, there is no harm but see that you check the quality twice before you purchase them.

Quality is always the first factor you should consider before buying new as well as used pumps. The quality surely depends on the hand pump manufacturer, see that you choose one wisely. There will be many hand pump manufacturers in your town but their standards and quality might not match with the standards of Getech Equipments International Pvt Ltd. They believe in producing quality products for the betterment of their clients. You can buy their products at the best price, once you use these equipment you will be satisfied with both the quality as well as the price.

Guar gum powder manufacturer

Manufacturer suppliers and exporters of gaur gum powder, guar gum splits, cassia powder

Also known as guaran, guar gum is basically a galactomannan and is the ground endosperm of guar beans. The powder is white or off white in colour, odourless and is obtained after the seeds are de-husked, milled and screened. India is the top producer of this powder.

There are many processing techniques which depend on the requirement of the end product and come in different viscosities. It has the property of being cold water soluble which allows it to get hydrated without heating. This is an advantage as this property makes it very useful in food and industrial applications.

There are two types of guar gum powders available in the market. These types depend on active matter content, granulation, pH, viscosity and degree of substitution. They are food grade and industrial grade powders. Food grade powder is used in food such as frozen, baked, sauces, salad, dairy preparations, confectionaries, beverages, even pet food products, cosmetics and even pharmaceutical applications where as industrial grade powder is used in paper, explosive, mining, oil drilling industries, etc.

This powder is used as a thickener too as when added to a mixture, the viscosity is increased which in turn provides body, stability and suspending action is also improved. They are often used as food additives as they do not modify its properties such as taste. Other than these, they are also used as emulsifiers, bonding agent, stabilizer, hydrocolloid, gelling agent, soil stabilizer, flocculants, natural fibre, fracturing agent, etc.

Mechanical seals need R&D for growth

Imagine the chemical industry without any fluid blocking systems. One of the basic components required for the smooth functioning of the processes within the industry is the mechanical seals. This system is the reason for the regular production of industrial chemicals required for the sustenance of other manufacturing industries. The success of the chemical industry is completely reliant upon the production of these fluid blocking systems.

Until recently, several plant operators used traditional methods of blocking the excessive flow of fluids. Due to the lack of standardization policies by the government, there is still a choice to implement mechanical seals in a plant. It should be mandatory due to the effectiveness and safety reasons. These components help any plant to sustain its operations without any unnecessary leakages.

In the present scenario, apart from the need for standardization policies, the government needs to help the industry in R&D. As most of the raw materials required for these systems are expensive and unreliable, the need for stronger metals is high. Most of the foreign competitors manufacturing these components constantly produce ancillary components with the strongest of metals. There is a need of stainless steel mechanical seals due to the durability of the metal.

Apart from producing fluid blockers with stainless steel, there is significant research that is required in terms of safety and cost reduction. Costs can be reduced drastically with the usage of cheaper yet stronger metals for the production of fluid blockers. With all these in mind, manufacturers of these ancillary components would find it profitable to meet the demands of the chemical industry.
